The students of Earth to Sky Calculus launched the green-blooded science officer to the stratosphere on July 24, 2016, onboard one of their cosmic ray balloons. He reached an altitude of 34.2 km before parachuting back to Earth and landing near Chidago Canyon north of Bishop CA.
